Hey there sexy lady...

If you’re reading this that means that you just decided to take a huge step towards bettering your health, wellness, and spirit. I am SO proud of you for being here and showing up for yourself. My hope is that you fully submerge yourself in this experience- and milk the hell out of it!

My goal is that through the help of this community and its resources, you create sustainable habits, grow a belief in yourself, and teach you how to trust yourself again. Make this promise to yourself and no matter do not break it. My biggest piece of advice that I can give to you is that: You are 1000% going to get out of this what you put into it. Be intentional, ask for help when you need it, and make the commitment to ditch the things in your old life that were not serving you or bringing you closer to your goals.

INTRODUCE YOURSELF THREAD: You are going to want to start here... Be sure to include a current picture of yourself, name, age, married/kids, relationship with food and dieting, info about if you’re just starting out or have been losing, what you do for work, and what you like to do for fun, and your IG handle! 

IG FOLLOW THREAD: Due to the fact that we have transitioned into a subscription model, we will have new members joining throughout. This thread is intended to be a place where you can find each other on Instagram in an organized place. Be sure to specify if your account is fitness or personal! 

Speed dating corner: this is where you can find and link up with an accountability partner. think of it like craigslist personal ads, but less creepy!

DOWNLOAD RESOURCES: This is where you will find all of your downloads. Your digital workbook, Intentions Form, and other great resources can be found here! PS- Your workbook Is a 42 day guided workbook meant for you to re-do and start fresh once you finish. You can purchase the printed version in the shop on the website or utilize the fields and keep it digital!

 

FITNESS CORNER: This is a tool for you to use to continue learning about your body. There are trainer tips posted as well as all your fit books! some fit books have youtube demos and are specified!

NUTRITION CORNER: This is where you can find a sample grocery shopping list, as well as important things to remember all from our nutrition educator, Allie Vandegrift.

 

MIND BODY SOUL CORNER: We are all on a journey of self discovery and growth, so this is where you will find resources ranging from yoga practice tips to mindfulness practices and even just some basic tools and challenges to make you feel more prepared!

financial corner: there are a few finance resources loaded her from jacqueline schadeck our financial planner!

Competition corner: this is where you can find info and submit your results from all of our competitions!

VIDEO REPLAYS: Have to miss an event you were looking forward to attending? No worries, you can watch the last month of video replays here!

IMPORTANT REMINDER:

The price of your new life is your old life. In order to change your story you have to let something go. Maybe it's a relationship, job, friend, belief. You can't rewrite your story while holding onto everything from your past.... and THAT'S OKAY. 

LET IT GO.

You are capable of hard things, but you have to be willing to put in the WORK. If at any point you are feeling discouraged and ready to quit, remember that this community is here for you. You just have to ask for help, and we got your back, girl!
